Arin Ernst

Arin received her B.S. from North Dakota State University and her J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Prior to graduating from law school, Arin began her career in the oil and gas industry as a field landman in the Bakken Shale, gaining valuable experience running title throughout Western North Dakota. After receiving her J.D., she worked as an in-house Landman for 5 years at EOG Resources, Inc. covering active drilling programs in North Dakota and Wyoming. Following this experience, she transitioned to practicing law on a full-time basis working with various companies drafting title reports, title curative, conveyancing instruments, as well as numerous title opinions. Arin lives in West Fargo, North Dakota with her husband and two boys and is licensed to practice law in Colorado.
