
Casey Hartle
Casey serves as Managing Partner and oversees the daily operational functions of the firm. In his practice, Casey represents upstream exploration and production companies in a variety of transactional matters pertaining to oil & gas development. His practice focuses on the acquisition and divestiture of oil & gas properties, title examination, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, as well as providing operational counsel to oil and gas operators. His clientele spans the spectrum, representing both small operators and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to receiving a Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law, Casey received a B.A. with double majors in Political Science and History from Texas State University. Before practicing law, Casey spent time as an independent petroleum landman preparing runsheets for oil & gas companies. Casey is licensed to practice law in Texas, Oklahoma, and North Dakota.
