Cory Page

Cory represents upstream exploration and production companies, oilfield service companies and mineral acquisition companies. He provides counsel on a variety of transactional matters including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, letter agreements, assignments, joint operating agreements, master service agreements, and other pertinent agreements and documents used in connection with the acquisition, divestiture, and operation of oil and gas properties. His practice also focuses on title examination and due diligence efforts.

Cory received his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2012. Prior to law school, Cory earned his B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in 2009. He is licensed to practice law in Texas.
