Ellen Wardrop

Ellen’s practice focuses on title examination and providing operational counsel to oil and gas operators.

Ellen received her law degree with certificates in both Environmental and International law from Pace Law School in 2012, and an LL.M. in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources from the University of Houston in 2013.  Prior to law school, Ellen attended the University of Oklahoma, where she received a B.S. in Meteorology, cum laude, and minors in Mathematics and Business.

Ellen has previously worked as a field landman in East Texas, and an in-house landman covering West Texas.  Prior to joining RFH, she worked as an attorney for a title examination firm in Houston, TX.  She has prepared numerous drilling, division order, leasehold, and acquisition title opinions.

Ellen is licensed to practice law in the States of Texas, New York, and North Dakota.
