Ellie Lange

Ellie’s practice is centered around the energy industry, where she focuses on title examination and due diligence related to the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas assets. Her interest in the energy sector began early, shaped by her father’s career in the industry, which took their family around the world and gave her a global perspective on the field.

Prior to her legal career, she received a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. She went on to earn her J.D. from Charleston School of Law in 2024, where she was an active member and chair of the Transactional Law Team — achieving national recognition while competing on behalf of her team — and held a position on the executive board of the Business Law Society. Ellie is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
