Lance Walker

Lance Walker is an Oklahoma City-based oil and gas attorney primarily focused on oil and gas title examination, with a practice spanning Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and North Dakota. After earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma, he began his career at a law firm in Midland, Texas, drafting title opinions in the Permian Basin of West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, earned with high honors, from the University of Florida. Lance’s article, “After Acquired Title to Remain a Caged Bird in Montana: Dellit v. Schleder, 2022 MT 196,” was published in the National Association of Division Order Analysts magazine in February 2025. NADOA also published a two-part series co-authored with his wife, Tina Walker: “Does the Texas Form Title Opinion Work in Oklahoma?”
