Lucas Ray

Lucas represents energy clients in a variety of exploration, development, and production matters. He focuses on due diligence matters for acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets and has prepared numerous drilling, division order, leasehold, and acquisition title opinions. Lucas has represented companies from publicly traded oil and gas companies to private equity-backed start-ups.

Lucas obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Texas Tech School of Law in 2008. Prior to law school, Lucas obtained a B.S. in Political Science from Lamar University where he graduated summa cum laude. Lucas is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
