Maria Berlingieri

Maria’s practice focuses on title examination and providing operational counsel to oil and gas operators.

Prior to joining RFH, she worked as an oil and gas attorney in Midland, Texas. She has prepared numerous drilling, division order, leasehold, and acquisition title opinions.

Maria received her law degree from Universidad Del Norte Santo Tomas de Aquino in 2010 and her LL.M. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2014. She is originally from Argentina, but she is proud to call Texas her home since 2013. Maria is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
