Michele boasts over 30 years of experience in the title industry, having built long-standing relationships with numerous title companies across the greater Houston area, showcasing her extensive knowledge and commitment to the field.

Michele's skill set encompasses a diverse range of  responsibilities including reviewing title commitments, purchase money contracts, builder contracts, and entity documentation. Michele ensures a smooth closing process for title companies, leveraging her wealth of knowledge and attention to detail.

Michele is proficient in drafting closing documents for both residential and commercial transactions, handling tasks such as owner finance, third-party lender, and builder documentation with ease. Michele's experience also extends to curative title work, demonstrating her versatility and efficiency in addressing various challenges that may arise during real property transactions.

With a solid background in the foreclosure process, Michele adeptly assists her attorney with lender representation, by drafting all phases of documentation from demand letters to final foreclosure sale documentation.

Additionally, Michele offers her knowledge in assisting with the preparation of legal documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, and probate documentation.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2013.
