Miles Dunn

Miles' practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence analysis for acquisition and divesture of oil and gas properties.

He has drafted numerous title opinions, including drilling, division order, and supplemental title opinions. He also played a key role in one of the largest land acquisitions in Texas state history, providing legal expertise, advising the Texas GLO on contract discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy of title in the acquisition of 353,785 acres.

Before practicing law, Miles earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Louisiana Monroe and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. After law school, he worked as a title attorney with a highly regarded Houston-based oil and gas law firm.
