Rachel Cao

Rachel focuses her practice on title examination and due diligence for oil and gas transactions, with experience analyzing ownership interests and drafting detailed title opinions. Prior to joining RFH, she previously worked on a range of litigation and transactional matters, including contract drafting and document analysis.

Rachel earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center, graduating in the top 15% of her class. She also earned a B.A. in Spanish, summa cum laude, and minor in Finance from the University of Houston, where she was a National Merit Scholar and Dean’s List honoree. Rachel is licensed to practice law in Texas.
