Ryan Ray

Ryan represents publicly traded and privately held oil & gas companies in a wide array of transactional matters. His primary areas of practice include title examination and due diligence analysis for acquisition and divestures of oil & gas properties. He assists clients with drafting, negotiating and closing of purchase and sale agreements, assignments, conveyances, joint operating agreements, letter agreements, farmout agreements and other documents required for modern oil and gas development.

Ryan received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2011 where he graduated cum laude. Prior to law school, Ryan obtained a B.A., with double majors in Political Science and English from Stephen F. Austin State University where he graduated summa cum laude. Ryan is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico.
