Saayem Rahman

Saayem Rahman is a corporate and transactional attorney who advises businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs across the full lifecycle of their ventures—from formation and capital raising to strategic transactions and exit.

His practice focuses on corporate and M&A matters, with particular focus on SEC compliance, private offerings, and fund formation. He regularly advises clients on structuring and executing offerings under Regulation D, including Rule 506(b) and 506(c), and provides practical guidance on disclosure, investor qualification, and ongoing compliance obligations.

In addition to securities work, Saayem represents clients in the formation, governance, and restructuring of business entities, including limited liability companies, partnerships, and corporations.
