Thomas O’Connor

Thomas represents various oil and gas operators in transactional matters. His practice mainly focuses on title examination and authoring title opinions for clients ranging from large publicly traded companies to small private ventures. He assists clients in performing due diligence analysis in preparation for acquiring or divesting oil and gas assets. His prior experience includes litigation and performing discovery in royalty underpayment cases related to the Barnett Shale.

Thomas received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2016. Prior to law school, Thomas obtained a B.S. in Forensic Investigative Science from Texas A&M University in 2011. Thomas is licensed to practice law in Texas.
