Valerie Allison

Valerie serves as a paralegal for RFH and has a diverse work experience in Real Estate, Probate, Guardian and Conservatorships, and Estate Planning.

Valerie assists RFH in real estate transactions, the title industry, probate and estate planning matters. She interacts daily with numerous title companies across the greater Houston area preparing deeds, affidavits, owner financing and third-party lender financing documents, as well as a variety of other closing documents for residential and commercial transactions.

Valerie graduated from May Technical College with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies in 1997 in Billings, Montana. Valerie moved to Colorado and eventually relocated to Texas.

Valerie graduated with honors and was awarded the West Law Scholastics Award. Valerie also updated the Paralegal Guidelines for the Colorado Bar Association.
