Zachary Harvey

Zach's practice focuses on all aspects of SBA and commercial lending, commercial real estate, and general corporate/business transactions.

Zach represents banks, credit unions, financial institutions, and third-party private lenders in reviewing and drafting SBA 7(a) and 504 loan documentation packages and ancillary agreements. Zach also represents both tenants and landlords in commercial lease negotiations.

Prior to joining RFH, Zach worked on both sides of the bar representing clients in litigation matters. Prior to law school, Zach worked in business development for Oracle. Zach obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University, and he received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. Zach is licensed to practice law in Texas.
